It’s no wonder
This expression is used when something is predictable, expected and natural.
Let’s say you have a friend who is a bit lazy and irresponsible. S/he is not attending the lessons, skipping classes oftenly and gets low grades. Time passes and it is the graduation day and you haven’t seen him/her around and when you ask one of your friends, you learn that s/he could not graduate. Even though you feel sorry about him/her, you say to yourself: “It’s no wonder s/he couldn’t graduate since s/he hasn’t cared enough for the school.”
